When is my bill due?

Accounts are billed approximately on the same date each month.  Bills are due and payable when rendered.  Those bills not paid by the due date are considered late and are issued a reminder notice.  If the full amount is not received in the Customer Service Office by the final due date that is printed on the reminder notice, a late fee will be applied to your account. The water service may be temporarily discontinued until payment has been received.  Payments in the mail do not constitute payment.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure payments are made on time. IMPORTANT: If a Past Due balance appears on your bill, the due date is NOT extended to the current month’s due date.  This amount must be paid immediately to prevent a disconnection in service.
