Automatic Withdrawal Payment Program
Is a service offered by Lee County Utilities for the convenience of our customers to make paying your utility bill a little easier. It will save you postage, check charges and travel time (if you pay your bill in person).
AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM is one way to have your utility bill paid. Every month, your utility payment will be deducted from your checking/savings account. You will receive a monthly bill that shows your usage, the monthly charge, and the date that the payment will be deducted from your bank account.
Q: WHERE CAN I GET A FORM TO FILL OUT AND SEND IN TO LEE COUNTY UTILITIES?
A: You can stop by our Customer Service office or Click Here to download a copy of the form.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM STARTS?
A: Lee County Utilities will print a message on your bill to confirm your enrollment. It takes four to six weeks to complete the enrollment, so continue to pay your bill as you normally would until you receive a message on your bill confirming enrollment.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT TO THE AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM?
A: You may discontinue your enrollment in the Automatic Withdrawal Payment Program whenever you like. Lee County Utilities must receive your request to cancel your enrollment four(4) working days before your next billing cycle. If your request is received after that time, enrollment will be cancelled for the next monthly billing. You can mail your request, stop by our local Customer Service office or call Customer Service at (239) 533-8845 or at Toll Free 1-800-485-0214 to cancel your Ach payments.
