The Briarcliff Filter Marsh Project is a 15-acre filter marsh designed to provide wetlands that will filter water from the Briarcliff Canal, thereby improving the water quality. Water will enter the filter marsh by two control structures. A steel sheet-pile weir was installed to aid in the dry season water conservation.
