Lee County Salary Survey 2010
During the summer of 2010, the Lee County Human Resources Department conducted an Annual Salary Survey to help ensure that our classifications and pay grades remain competitive and comparable with relative organizations and agencies in our area.
For the 2010 Annual Salary Survey, we selected 80 of the 320 classifications available in the existing Lee County Pay Plan. As in years past, this represents approximately 25% of our total classifications.
