Bayfront Medical Center located in St. Petersburg, FL terminated from our Tampa/St. Petersburg Aetna network effective June 15, 2012.
Highlights
•Aetna and Bayfront Medical Center have been unable to reach a new agreement and therefore Bayfront Medic al Center and the Bayfront Convenient Care Clinics terminated effective 06/15/2012.
•There will not be a loss of services or an adequacy issue as a result of this facility termination.
•All services provided by Bayfront Medical Center are available at other participating facilities in the immediate area.
•Bayfront Medical Center will also terminate from the Aetna Performance Network℠ program.
