Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Lee Plan to be consistent with the South Florida Water Management District's 2012 Lower West Coast Water Supply Plan.



Current Status - Effective
(State Amendment No. 15-3ESR) The amendment would establish an overlay within the Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource Future Land Use Category (DR/GR) that would allow for increased residential densities (up to a maximum of 1 dwelling unit per acre) and accessory uses as an incentive for providing enhanced development standards within a specific area of the DR/GR.



Current Status - Village of Estero will schedule public hearing
(CASE TRANSFERRED TO ESTERO - CLOSED) APPLICATION FOR a change in the Future Land Use designation for Estero Crossing from "General Interchange, Urban Community, and Wetlands" to "Intensive Development" to include the opportunity for residential uses and create a better transition from the interchanges uses to the urban community uses to the west.



Current Status - Effective
Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map to redesignate 299.01 acres from the Industrial Development and Wetlands future land use categories to the Urban Community land use category. Amend Lee Plan Table 1(b), Year 2030 Allocations, to accommodate additional residential development for the Urban Community future land use category within the Gateway/Airport Planning Community. The property is located at the Northeast corner of Alico Road and Michael G. Rippe Parkway.



Current Status - Village of Estero will schedule public hearing
(CASE TRANSFERRED TO ESTERO - CLOSED) APPLICATION FOR a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use category on a +/-17 acre parcel located on the southeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point from Suburban to Intensive Development.



Current Status - BoCC Review for Adoption
Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map to redesignate approximately 7.58 acres from the Industrial Development future land use category to the Central Urban future land use category and to add the property to the Mixed Use Overlay. The property is located along Main Street on San Carlos Island. (See also DCI2015-00015)



Current Status - Effective
Amend Lee Plan Policy 1.3.2 and Table 1(a) to allow for multi-family residential uses within the General Interchange future land use category. Amend Table 1(b), Year 2030 Allocations, to accommodate residential development within the General Interchange future land use category within the Gateway/Airport Planning District.



Current Status - Withdrawn
THIS CASE IS WITHDRAWN PER AN E-MAIL DATED 10-26-17 FROM DANIEL AND KATHERINE KREINBRINK. Amend the Future Land Use Map to redesignate approximately 40 acres from the Rural and Wetlands future land use categories to the Outlying Suburban future land use category and to also amend Lee Plan Maps 6 and 7 to include the property within the Future Potable Water and Sewer Service areas. The property is located at the southeast corner of North River Road and State Route 31.

(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Capital Improvements Element by adopting revised Tables 3 & 4 to reflect the latest adopted Capital Improvement Program. Adopt the updated Lee County School Districts School Capital Improvement Program as Table 3(a) of the Capital Improvement Element.

Amend Lee Plan Goal 13 to accommodate the 2015 Captiva Community Plan.



Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Request to redesignate the 137.44 +/- acre subject property from Outlying Suburban and Wetlands to Central Urban and Wetlands and a text amendment to Table 1(b).

Amend Lee Plan Goal 21 to accommodate the 2015 Caloosahatchee Shores Community Plan.



Current Status - Effective
Request to amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map to redesignate the future land use category of approximately 9.98 acres located at the southeast corner of Gulf Boulevard and Belcher Road from "Public Facilities" to "Urban Community."



Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Lee Plan to incorporate updates to the Pine Island Community Plan. The amendments will include changes to the Future Land Use Element, the Transportation Element, the Conservation and Coastal Management Element, the Glossary and Tables 1(a), 2(a), and 2(b) of the Lee Plan.
