If the plans submitted through ePlan are required to be signed and sealed by a design professional, the contractor and design professional will need to coordinate efforts to comply with governing laws regarding electronic signatures.

Step 1 - Register:
Each user will need to fill out and submit one of the following agreements to conduct transactions with Lee County electronically:
Step 2 - Install:
ePlan is a web based application, but there are a few components that need to be installed before you can use it.
Get installation directions and system requirements.
Step 3 – Submit:
Email a completed
Permit Application, Zoning Application, or
Development Services Application to
ePlan@leegov.com. Do not send plans at this time, further direction will be sent to you by email.
Step 4 – Upload:
After you receive your invitation into the permit project by email, you are ready to upload the plans and documents. Required fees will also be due at this time.
Step 5 – Download/Print:
When the review is complete, you will receive an email with further direction. After receipt of all required documents and fees, Lee County will make the approved documents and plans available for you to download and print from the ePlan project.
