Technical Support 

Video Production Services are made available to all county departments for the production of training and promotional videos. Services include all phases of production including script writing, taping and editing. 


The Graphics Department 
 Provides County departments and other government with professional graphics
used in publications, advertisements, maps and brochures.
Staff works closely with LeeTV producing television graphics and assisting with County productions. Graphics also serves as gatekeeper to the County web site ensuring a professional look and consistency of information on the web.

The Mail Center processes on the average of 46,700 pieces of County mail per month. Mail is presorted and sent out at bulk and discounted rates. Providing further cost savings, staff distributes over 14,000 pieces of inter-office mail a month to over 25 government facilities which would otherwise have to be posted. The turn around time for this service is 24 hours.

Central Duplicating provides County departments with a centralized service for
high speed document reproductions. Using state of the art digital    technology, orders are received electronically and processed as fast
as possible. Digital technology assures the product is as close to "print quality" as possible. Services also include automated folding and booklet binding.

Administrative Support

This function provides a central location for citizens to contact Lee County Government for assistance and information on all aspects of county government operations. Various functions are provided under this section such as Board of County Commissioners meeting information processing and organization. You can also contact the Division of Public Resources about advisory committees, ordinances and administrative codes, to book a county speaker at your next event, taxi cab permits, special events permits and more.
