Industry Growth Fuels CallTech Expansion

Fort Myers, Fla. (February 18, 2003)---Increased market demand for CallTech Communications, LLC's web-based customer service support is driving an expansion at the company's Fort Myers facility.

One of Lee County's largest private employers, CallTech is currently increasing its workforce of 230 employees by 25%, some 50-75 employees. Projected needs from customers could increase that count by an additional 200 employees within the next year.

Unprecedented, nonstop growth continues to position CallTech as a leader in web-based customer service product offerings. CallTech opened its 25,000-square-foot Fort Myers facility in January 2001. It was initially designed to house some 500 employees. Current projections have the company reaching that capacity within the next 12 months.
