Fort Myers, FL, September 23, 2002 – It’s that time of year again. The renewal forms for all LeeWay Discount Program account holders have been mailed. To insure uninterrupted service of your Discount Program, the LeeWay Service Center must receive your renewal by October 15, 2002. While the Service Center will process the applications as rapidly as possible, only those forms received prior to the October 15th postmark deadline are guaranteed no interruption in their discount programs. It is extremely important to carefully follow the form instructions, verify the preprinted information provided, and correct or add any new information on the form.
Many
LeeWay customers have already signed up for the convenience of Continuous
Automatic Renewal which allows the discount program holder to automatically
renew their program continuously year after year, or until the customer elects
to change aspects of their account. If
you choose this option (Section B on your form), you will not receive future
renewal forms in the mail. The
Continuous Automatic Renewal option is only available to credit card customers
who will receive a postcard reminder that their credit card will be charged for
renewal during the month of October.
The
LeeWay Service Center also encourages you to renew your program online @ www.LeeWayinfo.com.
Other forms are also available online if you wish to make changes to your
account in the future, such as address or vehicle change.
October 31st is the deadline for ALL renewals. Regular LeeWay Service Center hours are Monday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. For your convenience in renewing your discount program, the Service Center will be open Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm during the month of October only.
