A “What’s New – Zoning Cases” section also has been added that highlights significant rezoning, variance and development order applications before they have been scheduled for public hearing.  The list is periodically updated.

The county issued permits totaling $1.5 billion in value during 2001, its third consecutive year of $1 billion+ permitting.
