FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 7, 2000) – The 3rd Annual Stuff-A-Bus Food Drive to benefit the Harry Chapin Food Bank will be held on Dec. 16 (Saturday) at Miromar Factory Outlets from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year's event is sponsored by Miromar Factory Outlets, Lee Tran, The News-Press, 96-K Rock, Fox-4, Carter Pritchett Advertising and the Estero Chamber of Commerce. Miromar Factory Outlets is located off of I-75 on Corkscrew Road.

The goal is to completely "stuff" a Lee Tran bus with food donations. Anyone donating food during the Stuff-A-Bus promotion will receive a free ride on Lee Tran, valuable coupon sheet for participating stores at Miromar Outlets and a feeling they have helped people in need.

All day on Dec. 16 your donations will be considered your fare as you board any Lee Tran bus. So bring any non-perishable goods, canned foods, powdered/evaporated milk, rice, beans, personal hygiene products, paper goods, etc., and place them in the container on the bus and relax as you ride to your destination knowing that you have helped a worthy cause.
