Who should I contact about the TAXABLE PROPERTY VALUES?

The Lee County Property Appraiser Uses three approaches to value stipulated in the Florida Statutes. The property's fair market value can be determined by employing one or more of three different methods.

Who do I speak to about an Occupational License and Certificate of use Permits?

Application for an Occupational License is issued through the Tax Collectors Offices.

How do I establish new account for water and wastewater with Lee County Utilities?

Call the Customer Service Center at (239) 936-0247 or visit the
Center at 7391 College Parkway, Fort Myers Business hours are
8AM-5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Yes Lee county has several suggestions on what to do check the Public Safety Department Emergency Management section.

Visit our shelter at least every 3 days.
Advertise in the "lost" ads of your local newspaper.
Check newspaper "found" ads.
Post flyers at area stores.
Call veterinarians in your area.
